Youth and Schools

Most sports photographers charge parents per picture.  We don't want that to be a barrier.  So we charge a flat fee per event that can be planned into your athlete's fee at the beginning of the season.  That way the cost can be split amongst your whole team and every parent gets access to photos of their athlete.  After your team's event we will edit the pictures and then provide your coach a flash drive with every image that can then be shared with parents.

Once we take your photos and edit them we give them to you with full rights.  That means your athletic department can put pictures on their website, your athletes can put pictures on their social media accounts, and your parents can print as many copies as they want for their own homes. 

We want schools to have access to our services.  Athlete portraits are great, but nothing compares to those action shots of your athletes. That is why we start our flat fee at 50 dollars per event with a special that every 5th event is free.  That way you can spread our services across sports or capture multiple events per season.  However you want to record your season we'll help make it happen.

Our photographer, A. Forrest Barclay, is a registered volunteer with Anoka-Hennepin School District who has passed an annual background check.  We respect your athletes' privacy and safety and want to work with you to make sure your needs are met.  Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
